2. Data Collection and Usage

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to deliver our service:

• The image you upload for processing.
• Your email address (if you request a digital download link).
• Shipping information (only if you order physical prints).

3. Secure Deletion Protocol

All photos are processed via secure, temporary memory. Once your order is fulfilled and downloaded, your original images and the processed passport photos are permanently purged from our primary servers. We do not maintain a permanent database of customer faces.

4. Payment Security

All payment processing is handled strictly through Stripe via heavily encrypted channels. PassportPhotoHub.com never sees, touches, or stores your raw credit card information on our servers.
