2. User Responsibilities

While our AI removes backgrounds and formats the image, users are strictly responsible for providing a source image that meets basic lighting and angle requirements (e.g., looking directly at the camera, no sunglasses, neutral expression). We cannot guarantee acceptance if the source image itself violates fundamental government rules.
